“Growth is measured by how you respond, not just what you achieve.”

Based in Tampa Bay, Lincoln has spent his career working with young people and communities across mental health, education, and crisis response — and has built two ventures of his own along the way.

About Lincoln

Lincoln is a University of South Florida graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He spent nearly six years at Gracepoint, a Tampa Bay nonprofit, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician, then a Care Manager, and became a Mental Health Therapist on their Mobile Response Team conducting psychiatric assessments, before moving into a role as a Mental Health Therapist across traditional schools and Success Centers in Hillsborough County, K-12, directly treating and supporting students day to day. That work put him in close contact with families and young people navigating some of their hardest moments, shaping how he approaches therapy and how he speaks to audiences today. Outside the clinical work, he's spent years mentoring, tutoring, and showing up for the Tampa Bay community, work he considers just as core to who he is.

"I tattoo and practice as a therapist because both allow me to help people tell their stories in meaningful ways. My passion for art began with anime, where I found joy in recreating characters and discovering the purpose and emotion behind every piece. That same passion grew into a belief that art can be a powerful form of healing and self-expression. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space where people can overcome adversity, build resilience, and embrace who they are, while tattooing allows me to turn meaningful experiences into lasting artwork."
